Amanda Nelson
Account Executive
Amanda Nelson has over two decades of experience on political and labor campaigns. Now based in rural Washington State, she has worked extensively in Western and Southern states on campaigns ranging from local school boards to statewide coordinated efforts. Her combined experience in data driven programs and in the field messaging allows her to look at any campaign from a variety of angles, and help find the pathways to a victory.
Gia Yoder
Account Executive
Gia Yoder is a recent graduate of James Madison University, where she obtained a B.A. in Political Science. She has spent years working and volunteering in the Virginia political sphere. As an undergraduate, she worked on multiple Virginia House of Delegates campaigns in her home district, as well as serving as the President of JMU’s chapter of College Democrats. Gia is fully bilingual, speaking and writing both Spanish and English fluently.
Katie Lea
Deputy Digital Director
Katie Lea is a multifaceted campaign professional dedicated to dissolving inequitable policies and practices through electoral avenues. In 2016 she worked for the Colorado Coordinated Campaign dedicated to electing Democrats up and down the ballot. In 2018, she worked as Operations Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator for Chase Kohne’s bid for Congress, and later as a Field Organizer for New Era Colorado’s youth voter outreach efforts. Katie earned her B.A. in Political Science and History from Colorado State University in three years and has since been working in social media and marketing.
Specializing in Colorado’s Front Range, she has aided campaigns from the county to the federal level because she believes that change begins from the bottom-up. Working on small campaigns with limited staffing, Katie has had the opportunity to enhance a wide variety of skills including web design, development, event planning, legislative research, and technical writing. As an activist, she is especially passionate about labor rights, accessibility, and environmental justice.
In her free time, Katie enjoys painting, playing darts, cooking her way across the globe, and relaxing with her very spoiled cat Nigel.
Claudia Ward

Claudia is our Deputy Digital Direct and Social Media Coordinator based in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2018 they worked on their first political campaign for Claire McCaskill by knocking on doors and organizing Jefferson County to vote. They’ve been working to elect Democrats and progressive leaders tirelessly since then, having learned there is no “off season” to campaigning!
As Foundation Blue Media’s Social Media Coordinator, they will work with your campaign to organically grow your accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more.
Claudia is from a large family and is the middle of five siblings. They enjoy spending time with their rescued animals, hiking, painting, reading and recently taught themselves how to knit.
Brittany Silvas

Brittany Silvas is an accomplished political strategist currently based in Washington D.C. Her political career began as a field organizer, empowering people to energize their communities by knocking on neighbors’ doors and promoting conversations about important issues. Six years and many campaigns later, she understands the ins and outs of running a successful campaign.
She’s worked with different labor organizations and campaigns across the country to help elect Democrats up and down the ballot. In addition to field work, Brittany is skilled in fundraising, digital communications, and direct mail. She understands that campaigns must get the maximum impact for every dollar they spend.
As the lone staff person or as part of a small team on many campaigns, Brittany honed her ability to focus on the details, think outside the box, and always meet deadlines. As your Account Executive, Brittany will be there to assist your campaign and successfully get you across the finish line.
Todd Toborg

Todd Toborg is an award-winning creative artist with over 20 years of experience. He delivers insight, ideas and creative executions that bring candidates and stories to life. He articulates strategy, hones ideas and shapes designs that engage and inspire action.
Todd’s formula for success for creative production focuses on open communication, collaboration and transparency. Todd’s foundation is his inner drive and he lives to push boundaries. Powered by curiosity, he has found that being a creative artist is not just a living–IT IS LIVING.
Prior to joining Foundation Blue Media, Todd was creative director at Escalade Sports where he oversaw 15 divisions of sporting goods totaling 64 different brands. Todd also started and ran his own creative design company.
Todd has a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA in Communications from Wichita State University.
Todd lives in Chicago with his wife Megan and four children. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys Brazilian jiu jitsu, triathlons and marathons as well as coaching high school baseball.
Keisha Carter

A political and civic engagement expert, Keisha Carter has tangled in more than 90 political campaigns over the last 18 years. Her knowledge and understanding of campaign strategy, fundraising and public affairs are well recognized and respected throughout the country.
Since 2000, Keisha has worked in key political positions for former Congressman Ben Chandler (D-KY); Georgia Lt. Governor Mark Taylor; the presidential campaign of then Senator Hillary Clinton, as well as numerous state, local and federal candidates while consulting members of the Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and Virginia State legislatures.
A Kentucky native, Keisha has served in numerous leadership positions and organizations including President of the Fayette County (KY) Young Democrats, Minority Outreach Coordinator for the Kentucky Young Democrats, New Leaders Council, EMERGE America Board of Directors and the youngest African-American Kentucky Delegate to the 2004 Democratic National Convention.
Keisha is the founder and principal consultant of Public Service Partners, a political and civic engagement firm based in Atlanta, GA.

Beckham Miller is an award-winning Digital and Graphic Designer with over 20 years of experience in the design industry. Beckham brings expertise in the print, publication, mail, digital advertising, and marketing fields.
After serving in the U.S. Army, Beckham attended the University of Northern Iowa to earn his degree in Graphic Design and immediately began putting his skills to work in Iowa. With Iowa’s first-in-the-nation status, Beckham quickly became a sought-after artist for political advertisements across the state.
In 2018, he took his design skills to a national level while serving on a presidential campaign and then further working to promote down-ballot candidates across the country for the 2020 election.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching cheesy monster movies, and adding to his extensive music collection.
Mike Zeko
Executive Producer
Mike is an award-winning Executive Producer. From network television programming and Fortune 500 marketing to non-profit client messaging and numerous political campaigns, he coordinates content creation, post-production and media delivery across digital, television and radio platforms from coast to coast.
Mike oversees any and all tasks involving the video production cycle… from pre-production and production through post-production.
As Mike often says, “Proper Pre-Production Planning Prevents P*ss Poor Performance.”
His messaging perspective is built on years of production experience with ABC, CBS, PBS, J. Walter Thompson Advertising, and notable client brands including Disney, Marriott, Ford, Toyota, Chrysler-Plymouth, Kodak, Outboard Marine Corporation, Scrub Daddy, Shark Tank, and NASA.
He currently serves on the Board of Governors for The Philadelphia Ad Club, the nation’s largest non-profit advertising organization. Mike received a B.A. in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife, Landi.

Lily Adams is a seasoned digital strategist based in Austin, Texas. In 2016, she worked on Hillary Clinton’s digital team in her Brooklyn Headquarters and the Colorado Democratic Party. After 2016, she worked in Texas politics before moving to San Francisco to work with Tom Steyer’s organizations, NextGen America and Need to Impeach.
Lily is experienced in various digital tools and platforms and can build a comprehensive strategy for any candidate.
In her free time, Lily enjoys spending time with her puppy Bug, listening to Dolly Parton, and baking.
Marisa Dominguz

Marisa is a designer, developer, marketer, and branding consultant located in Tucson. With over 15 years of design and marketing experience, Marisa appreciates developing integrated business solutions for her national client base. Marisa graduated with a BFA from the Art Center Design College and is a proud United States Veteran. An avid learner with an obsession for tech, Marisa consistently brings an innovative marketing design mind to each project she is apart of.
Marisa’s portfolio includes design solutions for Hilton, Waldorf Astoria, Apple, HP, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Tucson Medical Center. Her resume includes senior design positions with non-profits, small businesses, and social causes.
Marisa enjoys gardening, reading, and outdoor adventuring with her 4 yr old daughter, Ava, and wife, Correne. She is a strong believer in fighting for the underdog, giving back, sharing knowledge, kindness, equality, and the power of truth.
Stuart Rosenberg
Principal and Account Lead
Stuart is a gifted strategist and campaign manager with extensive experience throughout the country. From municipal work and state legislative work all the way to working on two Presidential campaigns, Stuart has the knowledge and experience to address nearly any issue that may arise during a campaign.
Successes include serving as Campaign Manager for Houston Mayor Annise Parker’s re-election campaign in 2013, Media and General Consultant for Kim Ogg’s successful campaign for Harris County (TX) District Attorney, digital and media consultant for the 2016 New Mexico House (one of only four state legislative caucuses to flip from Republican to Democratic), and Wisconsin State Field Director for Tammy Baldwin for Senate.
Stuart has a JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MPP from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
In his free time, Stuart wonders aloud how the Milwaukee Bucks were so lucky to get the Greek Freak to sign a supermax contract with the Bucks as well as spends time with his wonderful wife, Erin, and their two great and loving cats, Smokey and Sherman.
