This position will be fully remote for the 2022 election cycle. 

An ideal candidate for this position:

  • Digitally savvy 
  • Has paid campaign experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English 
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Proven experience with concept development
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile
  • Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget

Requirements

As the Creative Director you will:

  • Work closely with the Executive Producer and Digital Director to create deliverables.  
  • Work with campaigns, mail vendors, and freelance designers to make integrated ad creatives.
  • Present final creatives to clients, and obtain approvals.
  • Develop digital ads as necessary out of existing elements such as mail pieces, long-form videos, and campaign literature. 
  • Experienced creating GIFs, HTML5, JPG, and short videos.
  • Ability to add logo and disclaimer to client-produced videos as well as cut down long-form videos into 15 and 30-sec cuts. 
  • Create display ads, 15 sec and 30-sec pre-roll videos, and Facebook graphics.

The salary range is $45000 – $60000 with quality benefits. After one year of service, the employee is qualified for a 401(k) with employer contribution (no employee match required) and continuing education stipend.
